World-wide maintenance support service (paid edition)

- Atomitech provides world-wide maintenance support service.
Atomitech provides maintenance support for Hinemos in English, Japanese, and Chinese edition.
"Basic plan" and "Small plan" are the two types of maintenance support services.
Depending on the area of the customer, maintenance support is provided by Atomitech or by the Hinemos partner.
The cost of maintenance support depends on the number of sites (1 site = 1 Hinemos Manager). Number of managed node does not influence the price because it does not effect the number of sites. All maintenance service plans have a limited number of inquiries (incidents) for each year.

Hinemos maintenance partnerships
- Atomitech supports the primary maintenance support service performed by the certified Hinemos partners. Then Atomitech will support the secondary support, such as the failure on Hinemos or difficult investigations.
